New Windows Media Center Add-in Searches Your Recorded TV Files
Windows Media Center developer, Rick Drasch, has released a new add-in that allows you to search your Recorded TV files. It looks like it could be pretty handy if you’ve got a large number of files. The add-in is available to download and purchase for $1.99.

I initially had the same thought, flips. But, I pulled up some screenshots for SageTV v6 (default STV) and the search screen seems pretty bare. I think SageMC may have added the missing functionality and that’s why I thought it was in there. Thankfully, SageTV v7 does include a fully featured search, though.
