I have several Xbox 360’s that I want to stream ripped dvd’s to. I have been using xp home with WMP11, but for some reason I cant get my mpeg2 rips to stream, only music and pics. I was going to build a HTPC, but I am going to have dvd’s ripped across several 500 gig WD drives and dont want to Raid them. Should I get Vista Premium and use it for my media server needs or should I wait for Windows Home server. I dont have any experience with Vista yet, so I dont know what it’s capable of doing.
