DVRMSToolbox install on Vista

      I was reading the blog post from Shady, posted on 1/27/07, to try to get commercial skip configured on my media center, but the instructions don’t seem to match with the install version I just used (1.2.0.7). 

      For one, the DVRMSToolbox folder does not exist under ProgramData — only ProgramFiles.  Also, the installation instructions don’t exactly match with the options presented.

      Can someone help me understand the proper way to get this configured?
