Hi all,
Ive been a long time interested in media portal but no matter what configuration I try it on , even a 6600 with 2gb ram running either vista or MCE I get the same issue of poor performance.
It feels like theres no hardware being used to render the menu first off but the main problem comes when watching tv.
When you resize the window, it never fully seems to redraw the window. See below for what I mean…
Before resize…

This happens with all graphics cards ive used from a 6600 to a 8800 and differing tv cards.
Any ideas?
