I’ve been pretty happy with BeyondTV for several years now. I’d be even a bit happier if they’d add the Beyond Media functionality to it so I could watch DVDs and listen to music and such in a single interface. WAF has been very, very high in my experience. The only times I’ve had any complaints from the wife has been when there was something legitimately wrong or the computer OS just locked up. The only concession I’ve made to my network design has been to ensure that all my BTV machines are plugged into the same switch. It works without it but it works “better” with it all in one.
