AE5SACSU2 + GGC-H20L.
it fits, It’s noisy, it’s hdcp compliant.
You need to make sure the power dongle is plugged into the sata adapeter that connects to the drive.
You unscrew it, fit on the sata adapter, make sure the adapter is got power from the dongle, screw it back on the board that slid out of the enclosure.
Use the screws that came with the addonics.
Power it up, use the usb cable that came with the addonics.
Checked with the cyberlink advisor. It froze. So I jostled the usb on the back of the enclosure and the advisor showed it was compliant for blu ray and hd dvd.
I opened blu ray and hd dvd on my pc and it was fine, I tried on my 9200c and since my videocard isn’t hdcp I got a warning and wasn’t ablt to play the hd dvd movie.
the fan on this thing is terribly noisy. A great whirring sound.
Nice metal case on the addonics, sturdy.
But after all that I just popped my drive back into my dell 530 pc.
Much quieter and now I can buy a sata drive for backup. 🙂
