OK, so even if HD DVD isn’t throwing in the towel yet…I am.  With everyone else backing out, it seems that I might as well too.  It made me sick when I went in to Best Buy Sunday to buy an HD DVD and had squat to choose from and then looked over at all the Blu-Ray stuff.  So I’ll get a Blu-ray drive some time, but I thought I’d take some opinions.  Right now I’m using the XBOX drive connected to the PC for HD DVD, and I’ve got about 10 discs.  Should I just get a Blu-Ray only drive (like the Pioneer at Best Buy for $199) and keep the XBOX drive connected for HD DVD, or should I spend a little extra and get the LG combo drive just so that I can play both and I can free up some space by moving the XBOX drive out.  Is it worth the extra money to have the ability to play HD DVD until it completely dies and get rid of an external drive or just go cheaper with the realization that HD DVD won’t be around long enough to justify having dual capability any way?
