What do you guys think the future holds for HD DVD playback software now that it’s defunct? I worry at some point (it’s inevitable, I’m sure) that it will be dropped. For example, do you think that Cyberlink will feel the need to include HD DVD support in to PowerDVD Ultra 8? Or that ArcSoft will continue or Corel will have HD DVD playback? Will I have to keep PowerDVD Ultra 7 around to play back these 10 discs I have if I want to watch them 2 or 3 years from now?
