Parts for Upgrading from Component to HDMI

So I’ve been doing a lot of research lately to try to figure out how to upgrade my system from mostly YPbPr to all HDMI.  I’ve discovered some useful adapters, switches, etc.  Just thought I might pass along the information.

I’d get this in a second if it was closer to $50…pretty much the perfect solution for converting any modern source to hdmi.

Palit 9600GT Sonic w/ Optical SPDIF In and HDMI (and Display Port) Out
I saw this for $120 after rebates at Newegg this week but it seems to be back up to $180 now. 

I haven’t found many reviews on these products (except for the 9600GT) so I can’t promise that they will all work perfectly but they certainly do sound promising.  Also this is in no way an endorsement for any of the ebay vendors.  In fact, one of them looks pretty shady since their account was created a little over a month ago.
