If I’m reading the description correctly this card is officially the new hotness in the HTPC world: Low profile + dual NTSC/ATSC/QAM tuning + PCI-E 1x + $140. The only detail I’m missing, which is a pretty important one, is if the NTSC tuners have hardware encoders.
