All things considered its a pretty interesting deal. I’m considering getting the Drobo + 2x1TB, replacing a few of the smaller drives in my server with the new drives, and putting those smaller drives in the drobo.
It’d up my server to 3.5TB of recording space and make a nice, safe, 1TB USB drive for my already compressed TV shows.
