Sounds like they designed this upgrade with video editing in mind, which means the sustained throughput should be pretty solid. I’d be curious how many concurrent tuners/clients this thing could handle.
Edit: Also, they lowered the price of the USB only Drobo’s to $350, which is a price much closer to sanity.
