In my computer room, I run SageTV Client.  Most of the time I just have it in a window while I’m on the internet.  I would like to be able to watch TV on my 19″ TV that I have in the room sometime when I’m playing a game (to follow sports for example).  I know that I can have dual output for the video, as I’ve done that before by moving SageTV over to the TV.  But how would I be able to get separate sound?  I’d have to have a second sound card, right?  Is that even possible to have 2 different sound cards without having some kind of conflicts?  The time that I’ve tried running SageTV on the 2nd monitor there was a lot of stutter, but that was before my 8800GTS and x2 4800.  Would it even be possible to play a game, like Team Fortress 2, and output the TV signal without stutter?
