Is DDL or DTS Connect only available from SPDIF? I’ve been assuming that it didn’t matter what the connection was. But I’ve been reading a little about DDL and keep seeing “carried over SPDIF”. Why would it matter what the output method is since the sound card’s doing the encoding any way?
