Is anyone using the transcode 360 software?

I followed the instructions here:

and I get ok playback on some dvds. Nothing with HD though. But the DVDs via mymovies is a big plus as most of my library is in that format. But if I start and stop a stream or try to fast forward a bit it gets messed up. I was wondering who else uses this and what hardware you have. I have a Phenom 8450 Tricore on the host.
