    I’m happy for you, but that only seems to happen with the Beta stuff.  General support definitely takes longer than that.  😉  I sent a debug log to support on the 22nd and am still waiting to hear back.  Not that 3 working days is long, but it’s not 8 hours like yours, either.  😀
