Let me try asking this a different way since no on replied to my last post, ’cause I’ve got to feel that someone knows the answer to this. If AC3 Filter is being used, and you have the “Show tray icon when active” checked, then any time that AC3 Filter is doing the work then it should show up in the tray, right? If it doesn’t, then somethig else is doing the work, right?
I tried this out with SageTV and an mpeg2 recording; AC3 Filter shows up in the tray. I played an xvid file with SageTV and AC3 Filter does not show up. But AC3 Filter can be used for xvid, right? How do I find out what is doing the decoding when xvids are playing?
