Streaming recorded TV from W7 around the house

      I am finally thinking about building a new server with some cablecard tuners now that I don’t have to buy an OEM box.
      Has anyone tried streaming cable TV content (captured from a cablecard) from a W7 box to other computers on their network?  Before I take the plunge, I have to know if it can replace my cable company DVR.  Specifically, can W7:
      1) Stream recorded HDTV to any Windows computer on my network (not just extenders)?
      2) Stream live HDTV to any Windows computer on my network?
      3) Stream a recording in progress to any Windows computer on my network?
      4) Stream HDTV to an XBMC client?

      Thanks for any insight.
