Audio issue with Vicky Cristina Barcelona

The audio sounds like something from SAW. It is real low and muffled like they are talking through a voice changer.

Now I did check in BDinfo and it is LCPM or something like that. It is the first time I have seen that format and it did not give me the option to down convert in TSMuxer. So I kept the entire disc intact hoping someone would know the fix.
