I’m trying out Win 7 RC and I decided to try to switch to Cyberlink’s decoder for video.  After doing so, I noticed that after fast forwarding the audio is out of sync with the video.  Does anyone else have this problem?  After switching back to the Microsoft decoder everything is fine.

I used the Vista Decoder Utility.  I’ve noticed in Vista and Win 7 that it does not show AC3 Filter as an available audio decoder.  Why is this?  Is the Microsoft decoder capable of DTS?  I notice it only says “DD”, but I played a DTS movie and it played fine.
