You have to be right up on theHTPC to hear anything. And I don’t think it is the fan exhaust as much as the air being pulled in from the sides. Seeing as the onbaord video is disabled I would think the Northbridge (Or is it the South) would run a lot cooler.
On my LC17 I had to pop the Center support to get it under it but other than that it went in easy enough. I had some issues with sound on it so I had to jump around with installing and uninstalling the ATI Catalyst drivers and Realtek HD drivers. But everything is working now and I don’t have any isses with the TV not seeing a signal after changing different inputs.
Now I might have to DL a game to see how well it works at 1080P. Althought I don’t think to many games have that res built in as standard.
