I just started to have a problem pop up while using Win 7 Media Center. I have a ATI theater 550 Pro for my TV card hooked to a Dish ViP 222k s-video at random times it goes to a blue screen that says there is a low bit rate and TV stops working. if I leave it for a bit it will come back up or if I change channels it comes back up.
I don’t see any updated drivers for my card so not sure what to try on this one ???
