I wanted to set up DVD gallery playback on my son’s PC, so I did the registry edit and changed the value to “Gallery”. Now in Vista Media Center it shows DVD Library (or whatever it is) instead of “Play DVD”. But it’s only seeing the DVDs in his Videos folder. I have a “DVD” folder within Public Videos on my server PC. My Win 7 HTPC correctly shows all of the DVDs that I have ripped to the server. On his, I have the Server\Public Videos set up as a folder to watch for videos. So when i go to the Video section of his VMC everything shows up, however it can’t play DVD folders from there. My mind is blank. Have I forgotten something simple?
