Anyone know of an RF remote with an IR extender?

Hi all,

I’m setting up a monitor in my basement hooked up to a new HTPC as well as my satellite box.  The SAT box is located in a different room so I need a way of controlling it remotely.  I’ve seen IR extenders for sale, but was wondering if anyone knows of a universal RF remote with remote IR emitter combination.  I’d prefer to no have to convert IR -> RF -> IR if possible.

Does such a beast exist?
