Where did you see 8.15.10.2141? I checked the Intel website and the latest there is 8.15.10.2119. Did a bing.com search for 2141 (“core i3 intel display 2141”) and found a listing for 2141 from driverbonus.com, but the link was not to the Intel download, but instead a package called DriverScanner (trojan?, not sure I trust that site).
