30GB is fairly small so I would recommend a couple things:

1- Disable Recycle Bin for that drive (see Beginners Guide HTPC Basics)

    2- Disable Hibernation

    powercfg –h off

3- Install W7 SP1.  It requires 16GB of free space and you most likely will never have 16GB of free space after using the system.

Note: If you are are a Media Center user you will need to setup and get NetflixInternetTV installed prior to SP1.  One of the later updates prevents it from installing.

4- Reduce your pagefile.  Solid state drivers are great for paging files but you aren’t going to have much room so I recommend setting up a static size versus letting Windows configure it (I actually do this on all my systems regardless)

    5- Turn off System Restore

    6- Turn off Offline Files

Past that I would not move other cache files.  At least not initially.  See how much space you have after a month of normal usage.  You can adjust then as needed.  I see a lot of people move cache files (i.e. %ProgramData% folders, %AppData%, etc) but then you really are limiting the potential usefulness of your SSD.
