Hey Netflix, profile management needs some work.

Netflix’s authorization model, generously applied here, is rubbish. Frankly, there’s no other way to say that. Content levels are applied to profiles, which are freely selectable on EVERY device. Yes, I can set a GLOBAL parental control PIN for the account, but that’s a broken way to manage access.

Can we please have profile based authentication? I would love to setup a per-profile PIN code. Not only would it keep my kids from using my profile to watch stuff  they shouldn’t be watching, but it would keep them from seeing what I’ve been watching.

Oh, and while we’re at it. Maybe fix what ever workflow made it possible for my 12 year old to escalate privilege?
