    Hi Mike,

     

    I finally got the info we were looking for.  The music file formats are WMA and MP3.  Both play fine in WMP.  I did not delete the folder mentioned.  I thought I would wait to hear back from you.

    To clarify what MC is doing.  Click to play an album.  The album does play, but you get that dialog box with the Audio Error in it.  I will try getting a snapshot when I get to my Dad’s house.
