DXVA2 does require the EVR and a presenter that supports it, the EVR is exposed in MF but it works fine with DS too. I haven’t tested with the MPC-HC’s presenter, so it’s possible that it doesn’t work with the filter.
What do you see in GraphStudio with the EVR (which will use the stock presenter)?
