      This board speaks for itself and is currently the best “high end” P35 board according to renethx’s fantastic guide to building an HTPC found over at AVSforum.  It has fantastic control over all CPU and case fans in the BIOS, eliminating the need for an analog control.  This board has all the goodies as well including firewire, RAID, eSATA ports, an external CMOS switch, onboard LED indicator, dual gigibit ethernet, and HD Audio 7.1. 

      $130 shipped.
