I’m currently running a SageTV HD Extender + Xbox360 as the only things under my TV and I’ve been very happy with the combination.  I use SageTV as my main PVR and then I use the Xbox for everything the STX-100 can’t do: DVD’s, games, Netflix “Watch It Now”, and Internet Radio.
