Sounds like an awesome performer, especially with AA on. This is the card to get for 720p TVs that game. They are showing very good idle power consumption with this card too. The UVD 2.0 adds native mpeg2 decoding, freeing up the shaders for image post processing. Not that this card needed to free up the shaders with 320 of them.
What I am really excited about is the 4450 which is said to have the same 40 shaders as the 3450 but adds the UVD 2.0 and HDMI 7.1 audio. The 3450 was shader limited on mpeg2 HD video so the move to add mpeg2 decoding to the UVD should free up those shaders to finally get smooth 1080i video and adaptive motion deinterlacing.
Still, I think I might get this card for my office machine to replace the 2600 pro in there. My 2600 pro for some reason can’t clock down and uses more power than it should. The 4670 should get me enough power to run games like Starcraft 2 when my bother comes by to game.
