I have a DELL OPTIPLEX GX260 P4 2.0 and I just ordered a gig of ram for it. I plan on making this a Vista Ultimate media server. But I am having issues with my ATI Sapphire 1600 casuing my screen to vertically flip when connected to a TV so I might be replacing it soon. I saw an article on the hardware HD decoding of the NVidia 88 or 8600s and the used the CPU very little. So now I have two options if a n AGP part comes out. IF it does I can probably stick with the 2.0 CPU otherwise what is a good AGP card and what processor can I get away with to handle High Def decoding. I think the highest I can go is a 3.06 on my motherboard at a 533 FSB.
