I am surprised we don’t have PIP on one of the HTPC apps thus far. But, I don’t think I’d use it. Seriously, I rarely (almost never) used it in the days when it was just me and my PIP TV set. It is so low on my want list I’ve never complained about it to the HTPC gods.
Much rather see integrated online video (SageTV is close, but no Hulu yet) or possibly a easier-to-setup HTPC server (like plug-n-play) etc. Closed Captioning is something SageTV can’t do without plugins and something I’d like to see before PIP.
