I am not sure I would provide kudos! If they had followed CISP procedures this probably never would have happened. I was a victim of the theft. My card was used online only at three different places one being amazon, the other being paypal and then monoprice. Guess which one was where it was stolen! No one proactively contacted the customers to tell them. Monoprice had to stop taking orders. They are lucky if they aren’t heavily fined for the infractions… They weren’t doing any favors and as of right now they aren’t taking responsibility.
