BUG: Previewing a quoted response adds another quote to the post

Previewing a quoted response adds another quote to the post for each preview attempted.

The happens here in the forums and on the comments sections for other areas of the site.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a post or comment to reply to using the “Quote” button on the bottom of the post.
2. Press the Preview button on the post edit screen.
3. Observed the previewed post now has two quotes.
4. Repeat step 2.
5. Observed the previewed post now has another quote added.

Yeah, we definitely appreciate the reporting of bugs (or annoyances even) that people find.  I believe Mikinho already knows about this one because I think I’m the one who told him.  🙂  I think he’s even got some things in mind for the forums already, but needs to find the time to implement them.
