I have been watching some DVDs on my system, trying to get a “feel” for what may need adjusting or any problems that may be occurring, and I have noticed one thing that is rather annoying. I first noticed it when I watched an episode of Dukes Of Hazzard from Season 2. People’s faces often had red, blotchy patches on them. The patches would seem to move as people moved their heads around. I didn’t notice the problem on anything else until tonight while watching Home Alone on DVD. A scene where Kevin went to his parents’ room and hid under their covers. The cover on the bed was red and it seemed to have this “blocky” glow about it. The “blocks” seemed to move around all over the place. What do you think this could be? I use Cyberlink’s decoder with a 2600xt. Could it be the decoder? I may try a different decoder tomorrow.
