Someone I work with brought me their computer to look at. She said that it won’t turn on even after putting in a new power supply. I took a look at it last night and even tried one of my power supplies and still got nothing. My next theory would be the motherboard, as this happened to me in the past too. But when the power supply is plugged in to the motherboard and in to the outlet there is a tiny green LED that lights up on the motherboard. This kind of throws me because if the motherboard was “dead” I would think there would be no lights showing up. I am also considering a bad switch, but judging by the feel and sound of the switch it “appears” to be working. What do you think?
