So I’ve got my new Pioneer VSX-21TXH receiver hooked up to my HTPC via HDMI (with the special ATI DVI-HDMI adaptor). The receiver recognized the digital from HDTV, but when I play a Blu-ray title, via TotalMedia Theartre 2, the receiver doesn’t display DTS – just PCM and indicates that it’s receiving 5.1 channel input. I’m using the ATI CCC 9.8 driver and ATI HDMI audio driver from the same sight. I have the windows sound device set to “ATI HD audio rear output” and speakers set to 5.1. TMT output is set to 5.1
Any thoughts?
