I was trying to play my Star Wars DVD in my MCE machine and I received an “error” MCE cannot play video either another program is running or I should adjust my resolution.
I checked and there was no other program running and I adjusted my resolution to 480p and that didn’t seem to work.
I tried playing one of my Harry Potter movies and that worked so then I tried a different Star Wars movie and then it went back to error. The third movie I tried was Finding Nemo which didn’t work as well. The only connection I could come up with is that the THX movies will not work within MCE.
My computer is hooked up to my Hitachi plasma with component cables. I have a NVidia 6600 GT video card with a Pure Video DVD decoder.
Any ideas on what the problem might be?
