I am having a confusing time with codecs and I was wondering if you could help. I have wmp 10 and the cyberlink video/SP decoder DeLL 5.3 dvd decoder. My dell laptop came with a stripped down version of power dvd and that dvd decoder. However when I play my dvd only the audio is getting run through ffdshow because only the audio icon is on the taskbar and when I go to the advanced dvd options only the audio portion of the controls are available. How do I get both the dvd decoder and the video options of ffdshow to run in tandem. or Should I use a copy of the nvidia dvd decoder and just remove the cyberlink decoder / powerdvd? if I should do that whats the best way to go about it?
