I know that title sounds a little counter intuative, but I’m trying to work Best Buy into giving me a brand new TV to replace the display model I bought a year ago and things are looking promising.
I first brought the BB repairman in to fix an issue I was having with HDMI (I was seeing sparkles all over the black areas of the screen) and finally today (after two visits) he fixed that by replacing the main board. Then just as he was about to leave I popped back over to my DVI (SageTV) input and everything looked awful. The picture kept coming in and out and there were weird boxes all over the place.
He’s trying one more thing right now, but if it still doesn’t work, I’m going to raise hell 🙂
