HD ISO plays back on one system, but not the other?

I ripped all of my HD-DVD’s to ISOs to put them into My Movies. They are all working well, except for Transformers. On my HTPC, all I get is a black screen when I mount the ISO and try to play it. The ISO works properly on my tower.

Specs are . . .

Works – Q6600 @ 3GHz, 9600GT SLI, 4GB RAM, Vista Ultimate 64-bit

Doesn’t work – E6400 @ Stock, ATI 3450, 4GB RAM, Vista Home Premium 32-bit

Is it a video card issue?
