I’ve got a Bell Expressvu 3100 sat receiver (I can’t remember what the DishNet version is) & a subscription.
I’m running MediaPortal on my htpc & I’d like to use my htpc as a PVR, but I don’t know what hardware or additional software I need. I tried attaching the 3100 to my Hauppauge PVR-150 MCE, but channel changes were slow & I often had freezes.
I guess I need a sat card. Any recommendations? I know very little, so something simple to set up would be great.
