My dad has a antenna mounted on his roof with a motor attached that he can control direction from his living room. Is it possible to control this antenna somehow from your computer/SageTV? I really don’t want to get into a college design project. I’m hoping this is already done.
I’m building an HD HTPC. Ideally, I would think you would want to automatically rotate the antenna in the direction of the best possible signal based on preset positions. Even better, feedback would adjust the antenna based on strongest signal response.
Maybe I should put this in the SageTV future requests or am I dreaming?
