      Create Keyboard Shortcut To Change Power Plans (Schemes) On the Fly

      I like to leave my HTPC in power saver mode when all it is doing is acting as a proxy server or recording but when I am actively using it I like to have it run on at High Performance. But the drag was using the little MS joystick to maneuver around the control panel and changing the setting. Especially at 1920×1080. So I decided a shortcut was needed and I finally found one.
      Now I wonder if my Logitech Remote can be set to run the shortcut.
