I am having issues with zipzoomfly and need some advice. I guess should explain the situation first.

Last November I ordered a PC case for my HTPC I was building from ZZF. In route to my house it was lost or stolen. So I contacted both FEDEX and ZZF about the issue. Fedex said to file a report and when it was found to be lost the company I ordered from would refund the money. So I contacted ZZF and they said the same thing and offered to file the report for me and I should just buy another one now and the first would be refunded when the report was finalized. They instructed that it may take a couple months min to get the paperwork done and so on so I went on with my life.As time went by I never heard anything and never noticed the refund on on my accounts so late last month I contacted ZZF about the issue. Upon contact they informed me at first that no claim had been made at all. Then when I forwarded the email I had claiming a claim had been made they said they found it but that the report had been denied but they could not say any more. Now this is only after I contacted them and the denial had been done much earlier but they never contacted me.
So I went to FedEx and they informed me that since ZZF had not required a signature upon delivery and their driver stated he delivered the package they are not at fault. So back to ZZF for me.
At this point I started working with someone named Brooke at ZZF. She asked me several questions about my house if it was in a bad neighborhood was it an apartment and to describe the surroundings. I described my house as living in the basic suburb community and such and she informed me that she was pushing my issue up to the management. This was April 16 and since then I have not heard anything from them though I have emailed them several times to ask about updates.
_______________________________________________________I think I am going to file an issue with the BBB but looking at the stats they have had 258 complaints filed only about half were meet to the consumer satisfaction. So little concerned that may not lead to much.

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated that may help. Finally thanks to anyone who read through this post simply for the time I am sure it took.
