Keyboard shortcuts to ehshell (.lnk) fail after one launch

[Note – I just posted this to TGB, but thought it might fit better here, I apologize if you read this twice  

 

This seems very strange to me:

1) Create a shortcut to ehshell , ehshell.exe /entrypoint:{application_guid}\{entrypoint_guid}

2) In this Example I launch Boxee: target : “%windir%\ehome\ehshell.exe ” /entrypoint:{e47ad74e-cf25-4907-8a39-8f4629da2dbd}\{835f9d34-8b2b-41e7-90a0-0878ad03c946}

3) Assign Shortcut alt-cltl – B (or whatever)

4) keyboard  shortcut works once or twice, then stops working. ANy ideas?

Interesting problem. Does the actual shortcut also stop working or just the keyboard assignment?
