If there was going to be a shift away from discs than why does Walmart and every other store stil lsell cds. MP3’s have been available for download for years and the music section has not shrunk a bit in the stores.
You’d still need a decent pc hooked up to every tv in order to download the content. Till then people will buy a player and use a disc.
MS needs to work with the TV manufactures and get extender capabilities built in all tvs as a standard.
