Minimum system requirements to run a XBox HD DVD Drive on a MCE?

I am running a MCE with Windows Vista (32) and I was thinking about getting a Xbox HD-DVD drive but I didn’t want to even bother with it if I don’t meet the specs to run it.  My processor is an AMD Athelon XP 3000 with a GeForce 7600 AGP w/ 500 Megs of Ram on the Video card.  System Ram is 1.25 gig and I have 750 Megs of disk space (not that it matters).  Will the drive run on my system and if so what about these cool new Blu-Ray / HD-DVD combo drives?
